As a new client of Animal Medical Center of Euclid you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs! When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our staff members. We will place you and your pet into an exam room.
In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will get your pet checked in by asking about the animal’s medical history, current condition, and reason for your visit, gathering information for the doctors.
Then one of our vets will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which we can usually perform in our practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.
This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the info we are providing.
Our vet tech will likely come back to wrap your appointment up. They will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer any additional wellness or care questions for you.
Finally our front desk team will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments. We take all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express), Care Credit, or cash only. We do not take checks and we do not offer payment plans.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
