Mercedes started here in July of 2021 as a receptionist. Prior to being employed in July, Mercedes was studying to become a nurse at Cleveland State University and has since changed career paths. During her time at CSU Mercedes discovered that her interest was better directed at the health of animals. She plans on furthering her education within the clinic. She has years of experience working with peole and enjoys the company of animals. Growing up Mercedes fell in love with the bully breeds.
